When you use the contact form, the quote request form, the “Email me these quotes” feature, or unlock the full quote comparison, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and trip details such as ages, travel dates, coverage amount, and deductible preferences. These details are sent to info@insurerates.ca so we can respond to your inquiry or send the quote results you asked for.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

respond to your questions and quote requests;
send quote results you asked to receive;
follow up on an inquiry you started.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Emails we send

We only email you when you ask us to — for example, when you request your quote results by email. Such emails come from info@insurerates.ca.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts; Google’s handling of that request is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

Form submissions are sent directly to us through our own website handler. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
